As we transition into a dream the mind frees itself from the physical body & enters a dreamscape created by our subconscious. Oftentimes the combination of the scenery and the elements within it set a surreal environment. Physics also change in a surreal direction and extend or limit possibilities of movement beyond real physics. Gravity can be perceived differently in dreams, allowing unfamiliar forms of movement and interactions. Additionally, it can be challenging to control the movements of one's own body and body awareness isn't fully tangible. This Visualization specifically focuses on the aspect of floating, as well as the limitations regarding the freedom of movement.
